NukeZone Speed Round #1 – Changes List

 

·         No satellites.

·         No Starting Bonus.

·         No Headquarters (including HQ Ops, General, etc).

·         No walls.

·         No forums (will be added in future rounds).

·         No Tomahawk missiles.

·         No combo points or combo points top list.

·         No clan switching during the round.

·         No clanless provinces (everyone must be in a clan).

·         No market.

·         No bank.

·         Double the amount of units per turn when building units.

·         Double the amount of units housed in each housing building.

·         Maximum number of members per clan is 10.

·         You cannot be kicked from a clan and you cannot choose to leave the clan.

·         Research changed and is now time based. You may only research 1 at a time and it will cost 50 turns and take a specified amount of time to complete. Every 50 Research Labs will deduct 1 hour from the time it will take to complete your research (to a maximum of 200 RL’s or 4 hours).

·         Research available:

-          Money Production:

- Level 1 ($10,000) Costs 50 turns and takes 10 hours to complete.

- Level 2 ($20,000) Costs 50 turns and takes 10 hours to complete.

- Level 3 ($30,000) Costs 50 turns and takes 10 hours to complete.

-          Missile Accuracy:

- Level 1 (50% accuracy) Costs 50 turns and takes 6 hours to complete.

- Level 2 (80% accuracy) Costs 50 turns and takes 6 hours to complete.

-          Engineer Effectiveness:

- Level 1 (10 buildings per turn) Costs50 turns and takes 8 hours to complete.

- Level 2 (15 buildings per turn) Costs50 turns and takes 8 hours to complete.

-          Power Plant Efficiency:

- Level 1 (50% power increase) Costs50 turns and takes 8 hours to complete.

·         When killed, you remain dead for 3 hours.

·         Nuke Protection time is 12 hours.

·         All provinces start with $500,000 and 250 turns.

·         All provinces receive a one-time bonus of $500,000 and 175 turns on the first login.

·         1 turn and 5% morale every 10 minutes.

·         Income received every 30 minutes.

·         5% missile power every 20 minutes.

·         Default income is $5,000.

·         Unit attacks cost 5% more morale and do slightly more damage.

·         Clan bonus for every 2000 clan points.

·         Clan bonus is 100 turns and $500k per clan member.

·         Maximum 3 clans wars at a time.

·         You must be at war for at least 12 hours before you can declare peace.

·         You must wait 48 hours before you can declare war again against the same clan (you can always declare if it creates a mutual war).
